My host still uses PHP 7.3, What should I do?

I would probably change providers.

Even cPanel supports multiple versions of PHP. Back in the day you had to do something custom to make that work as cPanel didn’t support it – but they do now.

Then there’s CloudLinux + PHP Selector.

DirectAdmin also supports multiple versions of PHP. ApisCP does as well.

Really no reason for your host not to offer 7.4, 8.0, 8.1, or 8.2.
