Just clean IPs aren’t enough. You essentially need a pool of ‘warmed up’ IPs with high reputation to send emails in addition to outbound spam filtering.
MailChannels has hundreds of thousands of them. Unless a provider has that many ‘warmed up’ clean IPs to be used for outbound email, MailChannels is going to be better than any inhouse email delivery mechanism.
