However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the option to return your item for an exchange. Please review the following information regarding our return policy:


All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. The item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


To initiate a return, please email our customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, securely package the item with your proof of purchase and mail it to:

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for the exchange to be processed.
